The house of two halves.

 

This build took a slightly different path to a normal villa restoration/extension. Instead of trying to match the original villa style, our clients went for a much more modern home extension. The extension held a large open plan kitchen / dining / living area opening onto a beautiful hardwood deck overlooking a new inground pool and spa.

With two new contemporary bathrooms and an award-winning kitchen, this project has become an entertainer's dream.
